What is the condition of this item?

All of our MagicFiber cleaning cloths are new and come individually wrapped.

Are MagicFiber products individually wrapped?

Yes. MagicFiber cleaning cloths are individually and neatly packed on their own polyurethane plastic bag for long, safe, and sterile storage.

What is the difference between the MagicFiber and other cloths?

MagicFiber cloths are specially formulated to the highest standards of microfiber production. We’ve created the best microfiber material to make the best microfiber cloths. MagicFiber cloths feature special “sawtooth” pattern edges for safe cleaning of all surfaces and longer cloth life. Other sellers’ cloths have unfinished edges that will fray easily with the weave becoming undone and threads pulling out easily.

Are all MagicFiber made of the same materials or is there any difference?

All MagicFiber cloths are manufactured to the same standard using the same premium materials. We offer them in different colors and sizes.

Where can I use them?

You can use them anywhere; they are safe on all surfaces. The tiny fibers grab fine particles like dust, dirt and pet dander and hold them until submerged in water.

What surfaces are safe to clean with MagicFiber?

Our MagicFiber cleaning cloths will never scratch or harm anything you use them on. Please make sure that your MagicFiber cloth is stored and cleaned correctly before every use.

What can be removed by MagicFiber cloths?

MagicFiber removes tough stains, dried-in dirt, dust, spots, grease, spills, mildew, grime, fingerprint smudges, microparticles, odor-causing bacteria, and even prevents the growth of bacteria within the cloth.

How long do MagicFiber cleaning cloths last?

Our MagicFiber cloths are very durable. With the proper care, you can use these cloths for a very long time. The same MagicFiber Cloth can be used for over a year to clean and still go strong.

What would you recommend I do to have the MagicFiber cloths last longer?

MagicFiber cloths can be used around the house for dusting, cleaning mirrors, the shower or tub, in your car, RV or Boat. Dampen just with water to take many stains out of carpets or even clothes. Use dry to dust or clean your computer. Towels will remove loose hair from pets and are also great for drying them. MagicFiber are great for cleaning kids toys as well since they pick up bacteria in their fine pores.

What are some of the uses for MagicFiber cloths I haven’t thought of?

Yes, MagicFiber cleaning cloths are reusable and washable. No more paper towel and tissue waste. Use the cloths repeatedly, and wash them when they seem sufficiently dirty. Just think, if you were to use a MagicFiber cleaning cloth instead of a tissue to clean your iPhone for one whole year. Our MagicFiber cloths are safe to dispose of. No dyes or chemicals are used to make our MagicFiber cloths.

Where are the MagicFiber manufactured?

The MagicFiber cloths are designed in the USA and made in China.

Can I use them dry or do I have to use a chemical cleanser to clean?

Our MagicFiber cleaning cloths are especially effective when used dry or with water. You can quickly and easily remove oil and fingerprints with just a swipe. MagicFiber can also be used with the cleaning solution of your preference (do not use fabric softeners). Stay away from solutions that contain bleach or other corrosive ingredients.

How do I clean MagicFiber cleaning cloths?

Clean (Dry)

We recommend that you wash them only when you notice that dirt and grime cannot be removed by simply shaking dirt and dust off.

Cleaning (wet)

MagicFiber Cloths can also be hand washed with warm water. The warm water opens up the microfibers, allowing them to release the locked in dirt. Avoid clogging microfiber pores by washing microfiber separate from cotton. Air dry only (no machine dry).

Do you recommend to wash them with detergent?

We do not recommend using detergent because of its high grade of microfiber that can trap detergent in-between the fibers. That will eventually accumulate and diminish its efficacy.

Do you require a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum for a custom order is 10,000 units.

Do you offer custom logo for all your products?

Yes, we offer Custom logo for our 6″x7″ and 16″x16″ MagicFiber.

How long it takes to custom an order?

It depends on the quantity you are ordering.

Can I also have my logo on the plastic bag?

Yes, you can also add your logo and other information to the individual plastic bag.

Do I have to pay for shipping expenses?
